| General biological experiment | Loosely based on the maxdLoad2 schema, it has been adapted by abstracting the microarray- specific parts into more general "Assay" record types. It also has a strong emphasis on storing the details of biological treatments, and thus describing experimental designs. |
| The cyclical experiment | Based on the idea that experimental results fuel further experiments, this schema allows a description of such things. |
| myResults | A very simple schema designed to help store results, whether experimentally or analytically derived. |
